Easter holidays, a couple of looming deadlines, and research commitments have all conspired against me this week. I, therefore, regret to say that there will not be any fresh spinach for you to munch on.

I am currently writing a piece about the pH of beer. What the pH is, how we can influence pH (or what can influence it) and how we can best measure it. But the piece is not the finished article yet.
